This experience will teach you how to fuel your body and prep your mind for the best energy output and performance during competitive sports or any physical-mental challenge. This is an engaging experience seen thru an integrative perspective and delves into areas of nutrition, daily rhythms, and mindset practices but also relationships, sleep and home environment. All areas that can affect your life and overall performance. This experience will also encourage conversation and interaction to learn tips and trick from one another’s experiences. You will also learn hands on techniques with mindful and breath-work exercises that will help build lung capacity, create mental clarity and boost resilience. We will end the experience by creating a simple and natural electrolyte drink with local seasonal fruit for you to learn and use during your routine workouts.
