Chi Kung (Qigong), also known as Chinese Yoga, is similar to Tai Chi (an internal martial arts).

Chi Kung uses flowing standing movements while cultivating strength and flexibility using: posture, movement, intent, breathing, healing sound, tapping, self massage and meditation. It works the same meridians and channel energy systems as Acupuncture.

Chi Kung (Qigong) masters developed this intricate health exercise system more than 3,000 years ago by observing the ways of nature, just like water gently flows along obstructions or the trees softly bend with the breeze. In this practice, you will learn self-healing energy exercises to awaken your inner health and vitality for improved longevity of your mind, body, and spirit.
