Recommendations
For all hikes, tennis shoes or hiking shoes are recommended as well as a bottle of water for extra hydration, sunscreen, a hat and or SPF clothing. A decent level of physical activity is required as we may walk thru uneven terrains and on top of rocks for meditation. Some of the hikes require more intense climbing, especially in Arikok National Park. (Local lemonade or juice and fruit will be provided)
